Toilets
are the basic livelihood issue and the window to social civilization. Since
August of this year, the district has been vigorously launching the
"public toilets reform" campaign and has been promoting public
toilets in party and government organs，town
streets，villages, communities and
various convenient places. Jizhou conducted an all-round reform and tried hard
to make up the shortcomings that affect the quality of life of the masses and
create a new "business card" of urban civilization. At present, the area has thoroughly completed
the reform of 25 public toilets in urban areas and toilets in party and
government organs, towns, hospitals, communities and villages. It has basically
finished the complete coverage of party and government organs, community ，towns
and convenient places.
